The primary role of the Instrument Check Pilot Flight is to train instrument flight examiners for the Canadian Air Force.

We also:

Design Instrument Approaches
Maintain the Manual of Instrument Flying
Prepare annual Instrument Exams
Conduct avionics evaluations
